Process and Shipping Times

Products will be shipped from our warehouses in the U.S. or overseas depending on availability.

Shipping Programs

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 4-6 weeks. Processing includes quality inspection, packaging and preparation for shipment. Customers will be notified of any delays due to inventory or other unforeseen issues.

Free Shipping: Products will be shipped from our overseas warehouse . It may take up to 7-9 weeks after the product arrives in the U.S. for the tracking number to be updated.

NOTE: Product inventory may change at any time when other customers are shopping at the same time. If you would like to have your product processed on a FAST-DELIVERY basis only, please add a note in the Customer Notes field such as “FAST-DELIVERY ONLY” or email us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping within the continental United States. Typically items are shipped to you within 7-9 weeks. Shipping times are best estimates and are not guaranteed. For the rest of the world, additional shipping charges will apply depending on the country.

Note: Additional shipping charges will apply if the customer fails to pick up the package at the receiving location and/or refuses to cooperate with us and the shipping company to pick up the package.

How will my order be shipped?

Most lamp products are shipped via ocean freight and truck dispatch; trucking companies XPO, cevalogistics ship. For any specific shipping needs, please contact our customer support at support@recroomfurn.com.

Where will my order ship from?

Products will be shipped from our warehouses in the U.S. or overseas, depending on product availability.

What if there is shipping damage?

In the event of any shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours. Shipping companies (e.g. XPO, cevalogistics) will only accept claims for shipping damage within one week of shipment. Therefore, if you do not contact us within one week, you will be responsible for any costs associated with shipping damage.

When will my order arrive?

Free shipping. Non-“Fast Delivery” items usually arrive within 7-9 weeks with free shipping (excluding handling time).

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the USA, China, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, mainland UK and Europe. If you are not in one of these areas but would like to purchase a product from us, please contact our customer support department at support@recroomfurn.com.
