Return Window:
Customers must request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Non-Quality Issues:

Quality Issues:
If your product arrives with manufacturing defects or is seriously damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a free replacement or repair service. For quality-related issues, please provide photos or videos as evidence.
Partial Issues:
If there are minor damages (e.g., scratches, minor paint chipping), we will assess the issue and provide free replacement parts or repair options without requiring a full return of the product.
Return Shipping Costs:
For returns due to quality issues, we will cover the shipping costs. For non-quality-related returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Custom Orders:
Custom-made products (e.g., billiard tables designed to specific customer specifications) are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a significant quality issue.
